    Easy to take

    I have extreme difficulty taking large pills of any kind, and have struggled to find calcium I can take. These pills are easy to swallow, and I only have to take 3 at a time. I am excited to see how it effects my osteopenia.

    Seem to be a good choice

    I believe that this form of calcium is better than some others. The addition of Vitamin K and other minerals was a wise production choice. I do not take as much as recommended, unfortunately, because they are expensive. As many have said, they are very easy to swallow.

    Dexa scan for bone density improved

    I've been taking the New Chapter Plant Calcium Bone Strength Take Care (slim) for approximately one and a half years now. I didn't want to write a review until repeating a Dexa bone density scan this month. The scan showed improved bone mineral density while using plant calcium compared to previously using non-plant-based calcium.

    I have a hard time swallowing pills, although I know that I need to to be healthy. New Chapter gives you the option of a slim tablet to help me get the calcium that I need.     Combination of vitamins to help my body work and then relax

    I am a very active senior . Bone strength provides me with the fuel to work as a Pilates instructor ,a daily walker, and an equestrian; and it gives me the magnesium to let my body rest.

    I like this product.

    I think New Chapter is a good company; they use synergistic ingredients and these tablets are pretty clean. They do have maltodextrin, fermented soy, and silica, and I'd prefer to do without these, but I have yet to find a better calcium product than Bone Strength. I like that this contains vitamins K & D, and also strontium.
