    Not your old cod liver medicine.

    So appreciate the capsules instead of the liguid grandma gave me. No yucky taste. It is helping my "oils" recommended by the Natural Path.

    I do like this product!

    A friend recommended Cod Liver Oil as an alternative to Omega. He suggested that Cod Liver Oil is more effective for joint health and I have found that to be true. There is no fishy taste and I take with food just in case I might experience stomach upset.
