    This product works well. I take this product Every 2 days, 2 capsules.

    This product helps in a variety of ways. 1) acids indigestion 2) bloating 3) constipation 4) acid reflux 5) Also if you are slightly allergic to spices this helps 2 capsules and the irritation will subside.
