Great Iron Supplement
Suffering from low Ferritin levels I take this supplement along with Vitamin C to keep levels up after having two Iron Infusions. This product is vastly better than any other iron supplements most of which are extremely hard on the digestive system and causes issues.

Raised Serum Ferritin
My 13 year old daughter's ferritin levels were low on her bloodwork so her doctor wanted her to take an iron supplement along with vitamin c. Ferrofood contained both the iron and vitamin c, We started off slow with 1/day and built up to 3/day, 1 at each meal & never noticed any negative side effects. After about 3 months her ferritin was back up to normal.

Whole Food Iron!
This whole food iron works better for me than elemental iron or iron chelates. The organs in here also have other added benefits. No constipation or other side effects with this iron. If you have low iron try it!

Excellent whole food way to get iron!
