Suggested Usage
Adults: For the first 3 days, take 2 capsules before dinner. Then, take 4 capsules before dinner. Use as directed by a healthcare professional.
Note: This supplement should be used consistently for best outcomes. Stools should be healthy, sink and well-formed. If stools were initially too hard and became too loose, consider reducing the serving size or frequency of use. If stools are too loose and remain loose, consider continuing the full serving size.
