    Love it!

    I love my Magnesium Glycinate! I have multiple health issues and one thing they all have in common is magnesium deficiency. I feel so much better since I've started taking this and appreciate that it's vegan!

    Liposomal Magnesium Glycinate Capsules

    Helps with Anxiety and Sluggishness

    I was previously relying on energy drinks and pre-workouts to get through my day at work but since starting this supplement I've been able to cut those out completely. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any unpleasant aftertaste. I also appreciate that the magnesium is derived from a highly absorbable form as I've tried other magnesium supplements in the past that didn't seem to have any effect. Overall I'm very happy with this product and will definitely continue to use it.

    I want to be more intentional about my health and wellness in 2023 and magnesium glycinate is definitely a supplement I want to include. Magnesium is so important and after researching the different forms of magnesium available magnesium glycinate is the one I really like. I take it at night and it helps me sleep better and feel more rested.

    Convenient

    I struggle maintaining my health and especially getting to sleep comfortably so taking a magnesium supplement of high quality is a must. It helps me slowly relax and also relieve some sensitivities that make it difficult to sleep. Overall easy to take and convenient form to chug with water.

    Great for RLS!!!

    I really like that this came in the form of a 60 day supply! It helps so much when taking this before bed each night. I'm enjoying a much better night's sleep and this Magnesium supplement is the best I've tried!!!

    Love this product!

    I did research for a more natural way for severe muscle spasms because all the meds doctors had prescribed were destroying my liver especially after my rotator cuff surgery. So I found that this form of magnesium has a higher bioavailability than more traditional forms of magnesium supplementation because the two glycines act as a carrier and all for efficient absorption. I have been taking this for a week and can already feel a difference. I’m sleeping better in less pain and have less fatigue. I really like using this magnesium glycinate. It seems to be a good quality product and easy to take. The only con is the size of the capsules for me but that gets wiped out by how good I feel since taking them. As I said earlier it’s only been a week but there is a NOTICEABLE difference in how I feel. Love this stuff!

    Easy to Swallow!

    These Magnesium pills are so much easier to swallow than some of the others that seem like horse pills. You do have to take a few more for a dose but that is no problem at all. They don't have any funny after taste and have not caused any digestive upset which I have experienced from other forms in the past. I really like that this formula has 3 different types of magnesium all in 1 capsule.
