    Suggested Usage

    Shake well before use.

    Love this liquid

    The orange/vanilla flavor is my fave - it tastes natural, a bit sour, but I like sour, so it works well for me. And NHC's packaging is superb, bottles are well protected and always arrive undamaged. I also appreciate the glass bottle vs. adding more plastic to the universe.

    Solgar Liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate with Vitamin D3

    This form of magnesium citrate works well at helping me get a night of sound sleep and my body seems to absorb it well. I like that it's a liquid which is a welcome change from the capsules I previously used.

    It work.

    I’ve been using this for about a year now. The taste is palatable and it’s very effective. I take it to help with my period cramps and it works way better then pills.

    I do take a smaller dose then suggested because the magnesium can be a but much for my stomach but it is helping to keep me more regular.

    Rated best for liquid calcium/magnesium

    Because I take medications that cause the stomach to lose its normal acidity and also lose its ability to absorb nutrients, I am convinced liquid vitamins are the way to go. This blueberry tastes really great in an otherwise typical chalky calcium liquid (expected).Also this product is approved recommended by a major nonprofit supplement testing lab my Harvard doctor recommends. Can’t get any better than that.

    Excellent quality and taste

    Solgar makes premium quality vitamins and supplements. This product helps us to reach a deeper REM sleep and has prevented night-time leg and muscle cramps with the very first dose. Tastes like fresh, tart blueberries. We take it 30 minutes before bedtime. Sleep well!

    Just what I needed! Over a year ago I had bariatric surgery. Every sort of vitamin I took was in a chalky, wafer form and I hated it. A lot of the pills were uncomfortable because they'd feel like they were stuck for hours or were so big they made me nauseous. I tried going back to gummies but found out they weren't being absorbed as well as they should have been. Now I am in the process of switching almost all of my vitamins to liquid. This being the first and even though it does have a little bit of a chalky texture, it does not taste bad and the little hint of blueberry makes me actually look forward to taking it before bed. I recommend this product to everyone. It is a reasonable price and packaged very well to make sure it would arrive with no damage. Bless whoever made this.

    no clinical data how its obsorbed but so easy to consume and kosher thank you!!

    wonder if any clinical data shows how its obsrobed in body, measure levels before and after?
    However, erally easy to consume, taste acceptable, so much easier than swallow larger pills, and kosher on top of all! This one is a keeper! thank you. FYI, cant consume more than 600 in one time, must drinkg at least a full cup of water with it, can do 1x 600 lunch time and 1x600 dinner time, body cant take more than one 600 at a time. works better on full stomach

    Good BUT Price has increased by $6.42 since October 2, 2022

    This is my second purchase of this product for the great taste, price and secured packaging. The Solgar company has this new great blueberry flavored liquid calcium magnesium which replaced the orange vanilla one but it’s just as delicious. I highly recommend buying this product. They ship quickly & glass bottle is well protected by their bubble and hard box packaging. 🥰

    Taste is pretty decent

    I honestly don’t know how to write the absorbency of this but since I have trouble with pills, it’s wonderful for me to have a decent tasting liquid calcium. The flavor is just fine. You wouldn’t make a milkshake with it but it’s definitely easy to swallow with no ick factor. I have bought it several times.
