    pills too large

    I did a lot of research before purchasing this magnesium glycinate/malate. However, since I have trouble swallowing pills, this capsule is too large for me to swallow comfortably.

    A good combination

    If you are looking for a good magnesium supplement, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try. Magnesium helps me tremendously. I like this product specifically because of the combination of glycinate/malate (a combination that I have yet to find anywhere else). Just because it seems to be working well for me does not necessarily mean it is right for you.

    Still Good at 75 -

    TAKE WITH CONFIDENCE

    During the time I have been taking this product my incidence of irregular heart beat has been dramatically reduced. The capsule is easy to take each morning with my vitamin supplements.
