    I recently discovered that I have both mutations on the MTFHR gene. I've spent my life suffering from POTS, chronic fatigue, panic attacks, and severe anxiety. My blood work showed that I was completely deficient in folate and B12, even though my diet is high in these vitamins.

    Rather than taking a supplement recommended by my health coach, I researched. I came across codeage methylated b vitamins, and decided to give it a try. Since I started taking them, I've had NO panic attacks or tachycardia. My energy is so much better. I even ordered them for my mom! I highly recommend them to anyone with similar issues. They are also very affordable.

    Best supplement, where you feel results

    I was looking for methylation vitamins esp Bs. After taking for 2 weeks, I noticed my anxiety lessen. The need to take my at meds became less and less. This product is a game changer. I’ll never go without.

    METHYLFOLATE B COMPLEX

    I went to write this review and couldn’t remember exactly where the changes were after taking this product. Some time later I didn’t think it was a big deal to skip a day of taking just the 1 pill I take a day. (Sometimes I have days where I’m tired of taking pills so I tend to skip the non important ones). Well all of a sudden it was clear that just 1 pill of this Methylfolate B Complex rids me of such agony in my mind and body. After the day of not taking it, I woke up without any energy. It was hard to breath even. My mind was so low I couldn’t do simple things. Basically I was good for nothing. Couldn’t make it to my meeting. I was trying to figure out what was happening because I had been feeling so good lately. Mid day I saw my b vitamin and took it without thinking. Minutes later I noticed the severe fatigue was gone and my mind was strong and ready to tackle the days to do list. I stopped and realized what the b vitamin does for me and I am so thankful for this! I went from not being able to function to completely functioning and having a bright sunny feeling day. I should add that I have taken b vitamins before from different companies but never ever got these results. Hope this helps someone.

    Has changed my life

    I'm on my 4th bottle of these and I'll tell you get have changed my life. I have 2 MTHFR gene mutations. Im 35 and I honestly feel better than i ever have felt in my life. I've given these to several co workers also. It's about 50/50 with people that notice a difference and those that don't but those that do notice a difference are subscribers to this product now.

    finally a completely methylated B complex

    yes finally a methylated b complex where ALL the b vitamins are methylated. I've seen other complexes claim they're methylated but only had methyfolate and the rest are all the synthetic versions.
