    Suggested Usage

    Place powder in a glass or mug; add 2–3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add Natural Calm to a glass or bottle of cold water. Use only as directed.

    Individual needs may vary. Start with one half teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to 2 slightly rounded teaspoons (4.5 g) as needed.

    FOR BEST RESULTS, divide your daily amount of Natural Calm into two servings. Natural Calm can be taken with or without food. When bowels are comfortably loose, this is the optimal amount.

    ADVANCED USE: 3 rounded teaspoons (7 g), which provides 500 mg or 125% of daily value

    Sleeping like a baby

    Started using this after my electrolyte levels tested low. After a couple weeks, electrolytes were back to normal! I combine 1 scoop of this with full strength Calm Plus Calcium before bed, and it has noticeably improved my quality of sleep! When I don't take it, my sleep is super restless, tossing and turning all night. But with this, I sleep like a log, often waking in the same position after 6 hours! Helps with my chronic inflammation, too. In general, it just seems to calm things down, as the name suggests. It truly works amazingly well.

    Was afraid it would be too orangey (I like orange but wasn't what I was looking for at the time). This has a pleasant spice taste (like cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg-type, and a hint of citrus) that provides a nice alternative to the fruity flavors.

    Natural Calm Magnesium

    My nutritionist uses, and recommended this magnesium.
    I like the flavor and it is immediately absorbed into the body which is important for my digestive issue. My nutritionist and I take it before bedtime and it seems to help me sleep better. This is my second order and I will continue using this product.

    If Dr. Carolyn Dean, MD, the author of The Magnesium Miracle, recommends this then you know it's high quality and very beneficial to your health. I feel just more relaxed especially physically thus affecting me mentally. She also sells a Mg formula that she created called ReMag that does not cause a laxative effect like Natural Calm may. So that's an alternative Mg supp if natural Calm is simply too gut intolerable. Another option is Premier Research Labs Coral Legend sold here. It has along with calcium and magnesium over 70 trace minerals so it's more of a complete mineral supplement. If you feel you don't need supplemental calcium then Trace Minerals Research has a product called Concentrace which is high in magnesium w/over 70 trace minerals, but low in calcium. It can also cause a laxative effect but not as pronounced as Natural Calms. So there are several worth while options for supplementing magnesium.

    Can't Say Enough About It...

    We tried to live without it...

    But we were miserable. Watermelon is our only flavor. You can never stop making it. The others are weak by comparison. We mix it up strong with sodium, potassium, blackberry lemonade, and stevia.
