Clinical research studies

In a randomized, placebo-controlled trial, a one-time dose of this arginine-silicate complex helped maintain flow-mediated dilation—a process used to measure circulatory health.²

During a different randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, healthy volunteers took 1,500 mg a day of arginine-silicate complex directly before exercise for fLife Extension's days.
