    Suggested Usage

    Dissolve one level scoop in 4 oz water or adjust amount of water to desired sweetness.

    think better, sleep better!

    Hey folks! you are at the right spot for a clear mind and deep sleep.
    This product is great when you mix it in with your Organic Clean Coffee with Moringa, if you like it, ok if you don't. I then use it in the evening with warm water. I also take a little liquid Vitamin D because it needs Magnesium for uptake. Enjoy the best sleep night ever!

    Hopeful result

    My husband and I have been taking this for a couple of months now. I always buy the unsweetened one because you get more that way, and this does not taste bad at all. I buy it because of the "supposed" mental benefits. I can't honestly say I have noticed improvement there, but it probably takes more than a couple of months. We are both 75+.

    Sweet

    I can take this only sporadically because of a sensitivity to one of the ingredients; it's also very expensive, of course. But that means I don't get the full effect, sadly. I believe it to be a high-quality formulation, and of course threonate is one of the best forms of Mg. The combo with glycinate is a good choice--malate okay, too. It's a little too sweet for my palate, and a little artificial tasting, but not bad.

    Xymogen Optimag Neuro Powder

    Have been using Xymogen Optimag Neuro Powder for years now. It was recommended by Naturapathic Doctor, and re-recommended by another alternative practitioner as well. Honestly, they were so right. Labs and other specialized testing have yielded much better results overall, and reading the research backs these up. Also suffer from relentless fatigue and feel less tired through the day when taking the Optimag Neuro. This stuff is a keeper.

    A good Magnesium supplement

    60 servings but it lasts for 33 days. For the first week, one serving a day immediately before dinner or 1 hour before bedtime. Week 2, take a serving mid-afternoon and a second serving before bedtime. If you continue to use it the bottle will last 30 Days.

    This is berry flavored and tastes pretty good. All supplements take time to work. Their address, phone number, and website is on the label if you need information from them. Two days in and so far I don't notice a difference. If I see a difference in the future, I will update this review. I do find this supplement is a little pricey but I still highly recommend this supplement.

    Tastes great, dissolves easily

    My wife takes this supplement and said it tastes good, plus it easily dissolves in water. A little bit was left behind on the bottom of the cup but thats not a complaint. It is about average in price, somewhere around a dollar per serving. It does have a stevia taste to it so if you dont like the taste of stevia, you will want to avoid this product.

    Love the Magnesium Threonate for memory and sleep

    This seems like an expensive supplement, but do some research on magnesium threonate. It has some really promising benefits, especially for memory, if used consistently for three months. I've been using it in capsule form for several months and I have found it really helpful for both memory and sleep.

    I was a little concerned to try a magnesium drink because I'm not a fan of CALM, the magnesium powder. I've tried several flavors and just never been able to get down more than a sip. This tastes so much better! It also works so much better than CALM.

    This doesn't help me sleep as well as my magnesium threonate capsules, but the dosage isn't easily convertible so that may be part of the problem. Otherwise, I think this is a great way to get a good combination of calming magnesiums including threonate, especially for those that may have trouble swallowing capsules.

    If you have sleeping issues, this stuff will change everything!

    This stuff has been a life-saver for my sleep quality! Mix it with water and drink while winding down for the night. It will only take a few days to notice a difference... at least that's all it took for me. Highly recommend..
