Iron and Phosphorous to Promote Blood Health
PlantForce Liquid Iron from Gaia Herbs is intended to promote energy production and to help promote the health of the blood.
This supplement provides iron with the intent of supporting the body's ability to carry oxygen to the cells. In helping to transport oxygen throughout the body, iron may play a part in determining energy levels. Consuming too little iron may result in fatigue.
This supplement contains natural sources of phosphorus, which may also help in energy production.
Phosphorus may help the body to incorporate substances from food like protein and carbohydrates. It may also help the body absorb B vitamins, some of which may also be helpful in energy production.
This supplement also includes plants, fruit, and fruit juices, including
- Elderberry fruit juice concentrate
- Sea buckthorn fruit juice
- Star Anise pods fruit
- Acerola fruit extract
- Parsley leaf
- Nettle leaf
- Dandelion leaf
Recommended Use for PlantForce Liquid Iron
Adults may take 10ml twice per day, and children may take 10ml twice per day. The supplement is best taken within 30 minutes before meals. Consult with a healthcare professional before taking. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening and discard after 30 days. Discoloration may occur that does not impact quality.
Suggested Usage
- Adults: Take 10 mL twice daily.
- Children 6-12: Take 10 mL once daily.
