Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules daily, preferably with food.

Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica. Contains soy.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
