Suggested Usage
This bottle has a wider plug allowing for greater flow. Please open carefully and recap immediately to prevent loss. To use, place pinky finger over the open bottle, turn upside down and apply oil to the base of each nostril. Don't apply too far into the nostril. Inhale deeply. You may sneeze, your nose may run and you may experience a menthol-like feeling all the way into your chest. Thse are all signs that the oils are at work. Please don't use oils in a neti pot.
For Optimal Results:
Apply topically 3 to 4 times daily and inhale from the bottle frequently.
Cold Sufferers: Use as needed for the duration of the cold. For acute conditions, apply up to 10 times daily for no more than 3 days.
Seasonal Allergy Sufferers: Begin one month before allergy season and continue as needed until end of season.
Chronic Sinus Sufferers: Use for 6 to 8 weeks, applying 3 to 4 times daily. Consistent application is necessary.
