    Somewhat effective

    We have tried other brands that come in capsule form which seem to be more potent and effective. These chewables are convenient and easy to take.

    This works great. I tried a sample at the health food store and bought it. it helps Keep me relaxed throughout the day if need be and can still focus on my daily activities. They are chewable.
