    Easy Peasy solution for Vit. D

    Really a hormone. I found this great all in one supplement on my own. Ran it past my ND and she was fine with it. I'm pushing 86, no meds,(get a ND) to stay off meds. It's the cholesterol on your skin that converts the sun to D. The brain is made of cholesterol. need I saw more.? And of course, the older you get, the more help you need.

    Spouse 1 1/4 taller after 12 months use

    This product was indirectly endorsed to me by the National Health Federation. My wife, who turned 56 in November, had her annual physical 2 weeks ago so she could get her thyroid prescription renewed.
