    Perfect for Runners or When Working on Long Hot Days

    This product helps keeps my electrolytes in balance after strenuous activity in hot weather. Otherwise an unbalance of electrolytes causes heart arrhythmias. The need for these electrolytes is especially critical if you follow a Keto diet. Great product!

    Like the idea of a capsule versus a drink and it seems to work!

    I feel more hydrated and experience less foot cramping. It works! I'm not sure I like the amount of sodium in each capsule. I haven't used it long enough to decide.

    A must have supplement for Keto dieters!!

    This product is a must have for anyone on a keto diet! Muscle cramps- gone keto flu- gone mental clarity and sleep- improved. I take 1 pill 3 times a day and it has made all the difference. Just a bit of info don't store in a pill box. I don't know why but they will explode. Highly recommend product and seller! I told them about my problem and they sent a replacement to compensate for the loss immediately!! They really do care about customer satisfaction as promised.

    Second time purchasing I highly recommend. I forgot to order the second bottle in time and used cheap supplements I found at the grocery store. I was eating Keto but didn't lose anything. Then these came down two pounds. Also they email me and check up I like that. My first order was delayed and they checked up on me each day is was late. If my memory serves me it was an error on Codeage's part and not codeage but codeage emailed and was helpful.

    Fantastic for supplemental electrolyte replacement

    These caps truly help keep your electrolytes balanced when you are in Ketosis. I take one about 3 times a day. It has helped ward off muscle cramping and stiffness. They would be a fantastic additive to help with keto flu.

    Happy with my purchase

    I felt a difference after using them for a week. I've been taking them around 7pm just before my workout. I have to say it's given me a boost in energy during and after my workout. I am not as young as I use to be so my body takes longer to recover but this definitely helped. Happy with my purchase..

    I don't take regularly but only it seems to work when needed.

    This generally works because I've never had a time where I remember taking it that I've had cramps in middle of night. I definitely go get one as soon as I do and then don't get woken up again. So yeah seems to work?
